影片故事背景设定在1950年代，讲述地狱男爵（杰克·凯西 饰）和一名特工（阿德莱恩·鲁道夫 饰），在阿帕拉其亚调查灵异事件，最终发现了地狱男爵那不堪回忆的过往。而标题中的“扭曲人”则是一个军火商。在战争中不断地向交战双方提供兵器。由于和恶魔做了交易，他获得了不死之身，并最终成为了巨大的反派，为地狱男爵制造了大量的麻烦。
电影《地狱男爵：歪曲人》将于9月27日在北美上映。
