影片由郑保瑞执导，古天乐、林峯、刘俊谦、伍允龙、胡子彤、张文杰领衔主演，任贤齐、黄德斌主演，洪金宝友情主演，讲述了落难青年陈洛军（林峯 饰）逃难误闯入城寨，被寨中话事人龙卷风（古天乐 饰）搭救后，意外与信一、十二少、四仔结为兄弟，面对恶人夺城与众人一同誓死守护城寨的热血燃情故事。
