同时，亚洲电影大奖公布了第18届大使及青年大使。本届亚洲电影大奖大使将由日本演员藤冈靛担任，茱蒂蒙·琼查容苏因（《天才枪手》）、林柏宏（《此时此刻》）、卢镇业（《年少日记》）、冈田将生（《驾驶我的车》）担任青年大使。
