网讯 据外媒，好莱坞电影大亨、“韦恩斯坦性侵害事件”当事人哈维·韦恩斯坦近日起诉了自己的弟弟鲍勃·韦恩斯坦，称对方非法挪用公司资金，以致由哈维一手建立的韦恩斯坦公司破产。据悉，此次诉讼是为了应对一项针对哈维·韦恩斯坦拖欠高达4500万美元的贷款的起诉。哈维·韦恩斯坦称，正是因为弟弟的非法挪用导致公司破产，以至于无力偿还贷款。
而在之前，哈维·韦恩斯坦曾经宣称，自己之所以身陷性侵丑闻，是因为有弟弟鲍勃在背后的推波助澜。而鲍勃·韦恩斯坦则坚决否定了这一点。目前，哈维·韦恩斯坦正被拘押在里克斯岛的监狱中，等待他的第三次性骚扰及强奸罪诉讼。此前的两次审讯中，哈维·韦恩斯坦正式注册为性犯罪者，并分别被判罪23年和16年，将连续服刑。
