据外媒，冈田准一将主演新片《SUKIYAKI 昂首向前走》（暂译，SUKIYAKI 上を向いて歩こう）。影片片名来源于同名歌曲，剧情将讲述歌曲的作曲家中村八大、作词家永六辅、歌手坂本九的故事。冈田准一在片中饰演爵士钢琴家中村八大，讲述他一生的辉煌与挫折。
据悉，电影《SUKIYAKI 昂首向前走》由濑濑敬久（《线》《跨越8年的新娘》）执导，港岳彦（《啊，荒野》）执笔剧本，将于2026年在日本上映。
