曾在《神奇动物》系列中饰演“麻瓜雅克布”的丹·福勒将出演托伦·曼德勒，血龙狂舞期间白港伯爵的次子，伊耿三世国王的摄政、国王之手。汤米·弗拉纳根将饰演罗德里克·达斯汀爵士，外号“老朽”罗德，是血龙狂舞时期达斯丁家族族长、荒冢屯伯爵。此前已宣布詹姆斯·诺顿将加入第三季，饰演奥蒙德·海塔尔。
据悉，《龙之家族》第三季共八集，预计2026年首播。
