影片根据沙盒建造独立游戏改编，讲述误入主世界的四个“异类”在资深工匠史蒂夫的帮助下展开奇妙冒险，发挥创造力，勇斗僵尸、猪灵，重返现实世界的故事。影片由杰瑞德·赫斯执导，杰森·莫玛、杰克·布莱克等主演。
