改编自1993年百老汇音乐剧，其设定在1981年一座阿根廷监狱里，J.Lo出演标题人物——一名虚构出来的女子Ingrid Luna。美发师Molina（托纳提乌 饰）因被指控猥亵未成年人而被判八年监禁。为了逃避对坐牢的恐惧，Molina想象出了一个经典电影明星的形象，和她出演的多个电影角色，包括一个用吻杀死捕猎对象的蜘蛛女。而随后，Molina的人生被颠覆了——Valentin（迭戈·鲁纳饰）被安排在跟他同一间牢房，两人发展出了意想不到的联结。
电影《蜘蛛女之吻》将于10月10日在北美上映。
