电视动画《黑塔利亚World★Stars》改编自日丸屋秀和著作同名漫画作品，2020年10月宣布新作动画决定。由StudioDEEN负责制作。是由日丸屋秀和创作的以世界历史为主轴，各个国家以及地区拟人化的四格短篇搞笑漫画。本作同时也动画系列第7季，制作团队为第5季《義呆利TheBeautifulWorld》、第6季《義呆利TheWorldTwinkle》的原班人马展开制作，由渡边浩担任监督、笔安一幸负责剧本、冈真里子进行角色设计，StudioDEEN为动画制作公司。 展开全部
